In Intelligent information processing laboratory (Okumura-Lab), we are interested in “Knowledge Construction” and “Knowledge Extraction.” “Knowledge” means the knowledge that we human-beings have. We are especially interested in the knowledge of “Word.” The main topics are: How do we apply the knowledge?, How do we estimate the other knowledge using existing knowledge?, and How do we extend our knowledge? using the techniques of natural language processing.

　My recent interests are the method of estimating the personality using logs of Twitter, Facebook, Blogs and so on, the method of emotion extraction using Kaomoji. The main topic of our research is mainly “Word Association.”
